Prime does not guarantee employment; its core role is connection and communication, subject to the availability of opportunities. We continually expand our network of employer partners in order to offer the best opportunities available.

The applicant undertakes to provide accurate, truthful and complete information when filling in the form, and to contact the Prime team in the event of any material change to their professional details.

• The applicant must be an adult and legally capable of being bound by these terms.
• Submitting more than one application for the same person at the same time is prohibited.
• The information entered in the form is the applicant's full responsibility as to its truth and accuracy.

The user undertakes to use the platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following is specifically prohibited:

• Providing false or misleading information about experience or qualifications.
• Violating the privacy of other users or sending unsolicited messages.
• Attempting to breach the platform, affect its performance, or gain unauthorised access to other people's data.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes outside its stated aim.
• Publishing any abusive, unlawful or harmful content.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these clauses.

Prime reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any part of its services at any time, while endeavouring to notify applicants of any material change.

The applicant may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting the support team. Prime likewise reserves the right to reject or cancel any application where a breach of these terms is established.
